Ayii University was founded in 2010 with a clear mandate: to provide quality health sciences education to the people of South Sudan and the greater East Africa region.
Since our founding, we have grown from a small institution to a recognized university offering bachelor's, diploma, and postgraduate programs in medicine, public health, medical laboratory sciences, and nutrition.

Ayii University was established in Juba, South Sudan with its first intake of health sciences students.
First Graduates
The university celebrated its first graduating class of diploma students in medical laboratory sciences.
National Accreditation
Ayii University received full accreditation from the South Sudan Higher Education Authority.
Hospital Partnership
Signed a landmark clinical partnership with Juba Referral Hospital for student placements.
